Refund and Cancellation Policy
What you are buying
BolNote sells credit packs. One pack costs ₹199 and adds 500 credits to your account. Credits do not expire and do not renew automatically — there is no subscription to cancel, and nothing will ever be charged to you without you choosing to buy another pack.
When we refund
Unused packs, within 7 days. If you have bought a pack and not spent any of its credits, email us within 7 days of the payment and we will refund it in full, no questions asked.
When the service fails you. If BolNote was unavailable, or returned results so poor as to be unusable, we will refund the credits those attempts consumed, or the whole pack if the problem was persistent. You do not need to prove anything — tell us what happened and we will look at our own logs.
Duplicate or accidental payments. Refunded in full, whenever you notice.
When we do not refund
We do not refund credits you have already spent on lists that worked. Each list costs us real money to process at the moment you record it, and that cost is not recoverable.
If you refund a pack, the credits from that pack are removed from your balance. Credits you had already spent are not billed back to you.
How to ask
Email support@bolnote.me from the address you signed in with, and tell us roughly when you paid. That is enough for us to find the payment.
We reply within 2 working days. Approved refunds are submitted to Razorpay immediately and reach your original payment method in 5 to 7 working days, depending on your bank. We do not control that last part.
Cancellation
There is nothing recurring to cancel. You can stop using BolNote at any time; any unused credits simply remain on your account. To delete your account and everything in it, email us and we will do it within 7 days.
